Grandparent visit

This is Mavis when she sees the camera pointed in her direction. "Cama!" She loves to see the little movies of herself. Even though it is blurry I had to post it.

Mom and Dad were just here this week and it was good to have them visit before their mission begins on 1 May. Mavis was coddled and kissed and hugged and had a stiff upper lip about Gama and Bapa leaving until we stepped back into the house after waving them good-bye. She cried like her best friends had just left, which they had. Later in the day she knelt face-down on the floor and mourned, "Gama, gama..." It was so sweet! She called Bapa on her pink toy phone today from the car.

We've had a bit of retail therapy today which included finally getting a Jolly Roger flag. Now we just need to decide from where to hang it. Aarrgh!
