Learning curve

I have been working on another rag quilt for Mavis and realized the other day that I'd cut the flannel into squares without pre-shrinking it first. This could be a problem since more flannel is new than old (receiving blankets washed many, many times). We'll see. The colors are darn cute though. In the mean time I will need to work on the layout of the squares and then get back to sewing. Maybe by then the laundry area in the complex will have its pipes fixed and I can wash and dry it down there so as not to get my washer and dryer filled up with fuzzies.
