We had a lovely dinner with our friends Karen & Dave & Eloise yesterday after church. Chas made sofrito and I made rice and we served them a dinner that was Puerto Rican authentic. They seemed to enjoy it and Mavis LOVED having an audience. I did not know until this week that we have a performer for a little girl.
Woke up to 45* this morning. Eventually the winds will quiet and stop bringing in cold fronts. Maybe next month. Of course, we said that in April, didn't we?
